The company was officially established on October 29, 2019, by three professionals with over 14 years of collective experience in hospitality marketing and membership sales. Having developed their expertise through years in the industry, the founders shared a common vision—to establish their own company that reflects professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.
Before its SEC registration, the founders originally applied under the name Hospitality Marketing Solutions, Inc. However, the name was not approved due to its similarity with other registered companies. Determined to move forward with their vision, they refined it to HMS, which now stands for HMS Loyalty and Rewards Philippines, Inc. — a name that continues to embody the same purpose, passion, and dedication to the hospitality industry.
HMS partners with leading hotels and establishments nationwide, delivering premium membership programs that provide exclusive privileges and rewarding experiences designed to strengthen client relationships and enhance guest satisfaction.
At the heart of the organization is Ron Arvin Ceria, a Business Management graduate major in Marketing Management from Southern Luzon State University, Lucban, Quezon, who, at the age of 32, fulfilled his goal of building a company rooted in trust, innovation, and meaningful partnerships.
